The Carbon Neutral City Planner is an on-line, interactive software tool that municipalities can use to develop GHG reduction strategies.
The tool adapts the Getting to Carbon Neutral Guidebook into a user friendly format, specifically tailored for engineers, planners and environmental strategists working for medium to large municipalities. The guidebook is available on the the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority website, and the University of Toronto's Sustainable Infrastructure Group website where you can also explore a map of several low carbon infrastructure projects around the world.
The tool will initially support Canadian cities, but will eventually be extended to other cities worldwide.
To find out more, be notified of the tool's release, or to discuss ways in which you can help extend the tool internationally, please contact us using the form below.
